In grasslands green, where breezes blew,
Lived Gigi, a giraffe, gentle and new.
With long, graceful neck, and spots so grand,
She longed for knowledge, held in her hand.

Gigi is a clever Giraffe

“I wish,” she sighed, with a gentle gaze,
“To learn the letters, through all my days!
Especially ‘G,’ it sounds so grand,
Like giggling friends, across the land!”

A wise old goose, with feathers gray,
Heard Gigi’s wish, that sunny day.
“Goodness, Gigi,” he softly said,
“Let’s gather ’round, and fill your head!”

Gigi and the old goose

“The letter ‘G,’ like a gentle gust,
Or a garden blooming, free from dust.
Like grapes so juicy, a golden hue,
Or a game we play, just me and you!”

Gigi and grapes

They found a green grove, near a gentle stream,
Where golden sunlight, began to gleam.
The goose began, with a giggle bright,
“Let’s find some ‘G’ words, with all our might!”

“Look, Gigi, see the grass so tall,
And the ground beneath, where shadows fall.
A gift from nature, a grand display,
With gentle breezes, that softly sway.”

Gigi and golden sunshine

“And see the gecko, green and small,
He gives a greeting, to one and all.
He glides and gambols, with graceful ease,
Among the green leaves, of the tall, grand trees.”

A group of goats, with coats so gray,
Came grazing by, along the way.
“Greetings, Gigi!” they did bleat,
“We’ve gathered grapes, oh so sweet!”

“Good gracious!” Gigi, with glee, did say,
“These grapes look great, on this sunny day!
I’ll give a giggle, a happy sound,
As these good fruits, go round and round!”

Gigi and goats

The goose then showed, a glimmering gem,
“A garnet, Gigi, a lovely stem!
It glows with light, a gentle spark,
Like a guiding star, in the gentle dark.”

They saw a girl, with golden hair,
Who gave a gift, with gentle care.
“A gingerbread cookie,” she did impart,
“To give you joy, within your heart!”

Gigi then grinned, a happy sight,
“This ‘G’ is great, and shining bright!
I’ve learned so much, with you today,
Good goose, thank you, in every way!”

Gigi is happy about learning G

“Go forth, dear Gigi,” the goose replied,
“Let ‘G’ be your friend, your joy, your pride.
With gentle steps, and a heart so keen,
The letter ‘G,’ will always be seen!”

Gigi has learned G

So Gigi grew, with a gentle grace,
And ‘G’ was her friend, in every place.
She gave good greetings, with a gentle smile,
And her giggles echoed, for many a mile.
