Alexander the curious boy loves to discover shapes. With his mommy’s help, he learns about round balls, square windows, and triangular roofs. Can he find more shapes in the world around him?
Shape Fun Story
Alexander was a curious little boy. He loved to look at things around him. One day, he asked his mommy, “Mommy, what is this?” He pointed to a round ball.
“That’s a ball, Alexander,” Mommy said. “It’s round.”
Alexander looked at the ball. “Round,” he repeated. He looked around for more round things. “This is round too!” he said, pointing to his plate.
Mommy smiled. “Yes, Alexander, your plate is round.”
Alexander was excited. He wanted to find more shapes. He looked at a square window. “What is this?” he asked.
“That’s a window, Alexander,” Mommy said. “It’s square.”

Alexander touched the window. “Square,” he said. He looked for more square things. “This is square too!” he said, pointing to a book.
Mommy laughed. “Yes, Alexander, your book is square.”
Alexander was having fun learning about shapes. He looked at a triangle roof. “What is this?” he asked.
“That’s a roof, Alexander,” Mommy said. “It’s triangular.”
Alexander looked up at the roof. “Triangular,” he said. He looked for more triangular things. “This is triangular too!” he said, pointing to a slice of pizza.
Mommy smiled. “Yes, Alexander, your pizza is triangular.”
Alexander was happy. He had learned so many new shapes. He thanked Mommy for teaching him.
Mommy hugged Alexander. “You’re a smart boy, Alexander,” she said. “I’m glad you like to learn.”
Alexander smiled. He couldn’t wait to learn more shapes.
